Cuando dejé la banda, más de un año, estábamos en un parón indefinido. No hubo drama o la ira que participan, y los otros chicos fueron muy comprensivos. Ellos apoyan a mi hacer lo que me hace feliz y que va en ambos sentidos.
Para decirlo simplemente, mi interés por la música me han llevado en una dirección diferente. Al reincorporarse, y en todo mi tiempo en la banda, yo estaba muy entusiasmados por explorar las posibilidades musicales inherentes a una banda de rock, y hacerlo con las personas en particular. Un par de años, empecé a sentir que la misma emoción de nuevo, pero esta vez se trataba de hacer un tipo diferente de música, solo, y de ser mi propio ingeniero.
Me encanta la banda y lo que hicimos. Yo entiendo y el valor que mi trabajo con ellos significa mucho para mucha gente
, pero tengo que seguir mis intereses. Para mí, el arte nunca ha sido algo hecho por un sentido del deber. Es algo que hago porque es realmente divertido, emocionante e interesante. En los últimos 12 años, he cambiado como persona y como artista, a tal grado que seguir trabajando a lo largo de las líneas que hice con la banda sería ir en contra de mi propia naturaleza. No hubo más remedio que participan en esta decisión. Simplemente tienen que ser lo que soy, y tienen que hacer lo que debo hacer.

Y yo me pregunto.... ¿POR QUÉ?

1 - Todos, cuando estan aburridos, van a la cocina y abren la heladera. Como nada les apetece, la cierran. Cada 10 minutos repiten esta operación. (¿qué esperan?¿qué aparezca una selva negra por activacion lumínica del foquito de la heladera?)

2 - Cuando el control remoto de la TV se esta quedando sin pilas, aprietan con mas fuerza los botones, con insistencia y a veces hasta con ambas manos!!! (eso recarga las pilas???)

3 - Ni bien les suena el celular y lo atienden, se ponen de pie y empiezan a caminar mientras hablan. (¿la caminata les activa el centro cerebral de la palabra? ¿o es que tener apoyado el culo les entumece las ideas? ¡¡Quédense quietos!!)

4 - La gente alquila una película de terror y después la mira a las 3 de la tarde y con un batallon de gente alrededor para que 'no les de miedo'. (diganme...cuando se alquilan una comedia ¿la van a ver a algun velorio para que no les de risa?)

5 - Cada vez que meten algo en el microondas se quedan mirando, como pelotudos, como gira el plato.

6 - Cuando estan en la cama y sienten ruidos o algo les da miedo, se tapan con las sabanas (Claro: Las sabanas son anti balas, no?? i capaz el chorro te clava un cuchillo y se dobla la hoja)

7 - No pueden dormir con la puerta del placard semiabierta (Y yo digo: si en ese placard ya no entra ni una pelotita de tenis ¿cómo creen que algun cristiano podria meterse ahí adentro?)

8 - Escuchan ruidos en la casa y creen que hay alguien acechando. Las luces no las prenden...claro, pero se acercan despacito y anuncian a viva voz '¿QUIÉN ANDA AHÍ!!?. (Felicitaciones...el que estaba a lo oscuro y acechando, acaba de conocer tu posición por el sonido PELOTUDO!!!. O peor aun, no falta el boludo que grita 'TENGO UN ARMA' -Fabuloso: le acabas de decir donde estas y ademas le diste tiempo para que cargue su propio revolver y te llene de plomo, infeliz)

Reacciones estupidas de un cerebro en huelga:

9 - Supongamos que estas cocinando un panqueque y por esas del destino salta una chispa y se empiezan a prender fuego las cortinas ¿qué hacen?
Gritan!! - 'AHHHH!! Se me queman las cortinaaaassss!!!' . Y cuando alguien viene a ver que sucede, se te une en los gritos: 'AHHHH Que se te queman las corrtinaaaassss!!!!'
(¿Piensan apagar el fuego a los gritos? )

10 - Se corto la luz. ¿qué es lo primero que hacen? Ir a buscar las velas...muy bien. Pero ¿qué hacen ANTES? Si!!! Aprietan el boton de la luz para ver mejor. (que levante la mano al que no le paso esto....ya me parecia)

Las expresiones pelotudamente obvias: como me enferma la gente que por decir algo recurre a la obviedad.

Invierno, 10 grados bajo cero, hace 1 hora que llegaste al laburo y todavía no te animas a sacarte los guantes de lana cuando entra (el mismo imbecil digamos) y con la misma expresión que debio haber tenido Arquimedes cuando grito 'Eureka!' te dice :'No sabes el frio que esta haciendo afuera!!' (Seguro que no. Yo vine hasta aca por via subterránea)

Me corte el pelo hace una semana...Todos, ABSOLUTAMENTE TODOS los que me vieron no pudieron resistir la frase: '¿Te cortaste el pelo?' (no pelotudo...se me encogio)

Vamos al cine y de repente te encontras con alguien que hace mucho que no veias en la cola para sacar la entrada. ¿Primera pregunta: 'Che...¿Qué haces por aca? (Nada...vine a saludar a los acomodadores. Vine a barrer y me voy. ¿Qué carajos voy a estar haciendo en un cine, en la cola para sacar entradas? ¿A ver? Decime.)

Yo alquilo muchas películas. Me encanta ver pelis. CADA VEZ que voy al Blockbuster y le entrego al empleado la cajita para pagar el alquiler me pregunta : '¿Esta llevas?' (Noooo...te la vine a recomendar, pelotudo !!!)

Salgo a caminar y me paro en una vidriera a mirar algo. De repente sale la empleada y me suelta un clásico: '¿Querias ver algo?' (Y si...de hecho es justamente lo que estoy haciendo..VER ALGO. ¿por qué? ¿Con tu ayuda voy a ver mejor? Si sabia no traia los lentes...).

Preguntas pelotudas (o pelotudos que preguntan) en el Area Medica:

* Tres de la mañana, entra un paciente a tu guardia. Salis a hablar con los familiares. Vas ataviada con el tipico ambo, la tipica bata blanca y con el tipico estetoscopio colgado del cogote. Lea das la mano para saludarlos. No falta el trasnochado que te pregunta: '¿Usted es la doctora?' (No...soy su representante artístico, idiota ¡! . Estoy asi vestida por los carnavales...)
